Features

It is a excellent chelation for metal ion, can reduce the chromatic aberration cause the metal ion in dye, but no effect of dernetalization for metal dye
Have good effect on cellulosic fibers, synthetic fiber and cospinning fibre; be used for pre-boiling, boiling, and dyeing system
Excellent penetration properties even can working in the strong alkali condition and bring the excellent penetration property.
This product can easy remove after washing, no odor, easy to biodegradation.

1. Destarch

	Destarch agent	1-2%
	Singeing → dipping (90% pick up ratio) → steaming (30-60min) → Washing

2. Scouring


	EBM	1-2g/l
	NaOH	20-40 g/l
	Sequestrant & Dispersant CG300	1-2g/l
	Destarch → Padding (90% pick up ratio) → Steaming (98-102oC, 45-60min) → Washing

3. Bleaching


	EBMB	1-3g/l
	NaOH	2-4g/l
	Stabilizer STC	3-6g/l
	H2O2(100%)	4-10g/l
	Scouring fabric → Padding bleaching solution (90% pick up ratio) → steaming (98-102oC, 45-60min) → Washing

4. Destarch, Scouring, Bleaching multi-process (3 in 1 process)
