Properties

be good at washing and wetting fastness for fabric printing and dyeing with reactive dye, direct dye, azoic dye, etc.
Improve the friction fastness, the bearing seawater and sweat stain fastness for direct dye and reactive dye.
The color cast of fabric is few or no change, and the recurring is good. It is stability for the steam and the dry heat.
Prevent the fabric from the dye migrating in the dryness process.

Applications

1. Exhaust dyeing:
Reactive dye: 0.3-0.8%
Direct dye: 0.5-1%
20-60oC X25 min, PH 5.5-6-5

2. Continues dyeing
a. pad dyeing machine
Reactive dye: 5-10g/l
Direct dye: 10-15g/l

b. Open breadth washing machine
Reactive dye: 1-2.5g/l
Direct dye: 1.5-4g/l
30-50oC, PH 5.5-6.5, 100oC-102oC

3. Finishing of print fabric
Exhaust dyeing: 0.5-1.5%
Open breadth washing machine: 1-2.5g/lT
30-50oC, 20-30min, PH 5.5-6.5

4. Divest process
Defixer agent DSG: 1-2g/l
NaOH: 2-3g/l
After 100oC X 30min, rinse twice with 40-50oC hot water
