Refining & Oil removing ELA (ONE BATH) Serious
Trade name: FROASIN ELA
There are different solid (high) content in series be supporting against local user demand
Features
- Nice dispersing, emulsification, wetting and penetration property, low foaming, strong removing capability.
- It not only has excellent removing oil stain property, but also has special effect of desizing, brightner, preventing dyestuff condensation, and guaranteen nice levelling of dyeing under close neutral and weak acid baths. It's a perfect agent for chemical and blended fabric’s bath boiling-dyeing process.
- Used in pre-treament process of removing oil stain on non-alkali silk and wool fabric. Can't mangle fabric, and have obviouce effect.

B. Dosage of nylon, acrylic, silk, and wool fabric boiling-dyeing bath prcess: 0.5-2g/L bath ratio: 1:10-30 pH: 8 around Temp.:95-98oC Time: 20-40min. |
Adjust process base on trying sample firstly. |
2. Singal using
It was suitable used for pre-refining, bleaching and after-washing; according different process, the suggest dosage as below: |
ELA0.3-1.0g/l (batch process) |
ELA 1-3g/l (Continuous process) |
ELA has a better effect if it working in alkali or acid condition. So the recipe suggest to add in process such as |
Calcined soda 1-3g/l |
Glacial acetic acid 0.3-0.6g/l |
2. 1. Chemical fibre alkali or acid condition for oil removing

Add the chemicals, heating up the temperature from 1-2oC/ min to 80-98oC, keep the temperature 30-20min, and cold down to 60oC
, discharging solution, and the bleaching at
60-70oC, then, it could come to next process.
2. 2. Former grey (cloth) washing
In the adverse current washing machine, use ELA 0.5-1% (for knitting), adjust the PH to 8.5-9.5 with calcined soda; deal with 30-60 min when the temperature get to 50-55. |
