Applications

Dosage:
0.4-2% against fabric weight (it depending the effect which user demand)
Temperature: 50-55 oC (best temperature is 55 oC )
pH: 4.5-5.0 (best pH: 4.8)
Bath ratio: 5-15: 1 (5-15 L/Kg fabric)
Process of deactivation: after process completed, add the soda ash to make pH range to 10 or heating the temperature over 80oC, keep 10 min.
