Hydrogen Peroxide Remover Enzyme EOG

EOG is a liquid enzyme of high concentration in technical grade. It is modified by gene and originated from the long chain of self-cloning Aspergillusniger that has been soaked and fermented. OG can catalyze redundant H2O2 effectively and make it be transformed into O2and H2O. It only has effect on H2O2 and has no effect on dye.

Features

It is applicable for clearance procedure after bleaching. But it must be used before dyeing for active dye is sensitive to redundant H2O2 and chemical reducing agent. OG has wide range of PH and temperature and has effective influence on H2O2 of high concentration that can make it be applied to different clearance procedures. Its advantages include: reducing the time for preparing to release redundant H2O2, reducing consuming water, having complete biological hydrolyze and dissociation products, having no effect on dye.

Applications

  • Technological conditions: OG can play an effective role at wide range of PH.
  • Typical technological conditions:
  • PH: 6-8
  • Temperature: 30-45oC
  • Time: 10-20 minutes
  • Dosage: 0.075-0.15g/l
  • Influence from temperature and time:
  • The relative activity of OG can reach 100% when the range of PH is 6.5-7.5. The relative activity of OG can reach 100% when the range of temperature is 30-40oC.
  • The activity of OG can be expressed by BU. The definition of one BU is the quantity of OG that can make 264mg H2O2, be de composed in an hour at 25oC when PH is 7.0.
