Add the chemicals, heating up the temperature from 1-2oC min to 80-98oC, keep the temperature 30-20min, and cold down to 60oC, discharging solution, and the bleaching at
60-70oC, then, it could come to next process.

In the adverse current washing machine, use DK308 0.5-1% (for knitting), adjust the PH to 8.5-9.5 with calcined soda; deal with 30-60 min when the temperature get to 50-55. |

Add these chemical when the temperature below 50oC, raise the temperature from 1-2oC/ min to 95-98 oC, keep for45-60min. Cold to 60-70oC, then discharging solution, and bleaching at 60-70oC.
