Properties

be good at washing and wetting fastness for nylon and elastane fabric at 50oC.and 60oC..
Improve the wetting fastness of nylon, superthin nylon, wool dyeing and printing fabric
No affect for fastness improvement after finishing steam cooking and sizing
Few or no influence on the color shade.
Few or no influence on the sun light fastness.

Applications

Apply for improving wetting fastness of dying polyamide fiber,wool,elastane fibre and blend fabric Using zero water thinning to 3-5 times directly

1. Exhaust dyeing:
Refer type of dyestuff using, and difference demand for fastness, we recommend 0.15-0.5%ENT,PH value:4.0-4.5(adjust by acetic acid), according to fiber type and bath ration as standard

2. Continue dyeing
a. Finishing for Dyeing fabric 's formulation
Dosage according to the difference of fabric type and blowing-suction ratio After dying and washing completely(such as:washing under high press, and vacuum)

b. Finishing of print fabric
ENT: 0.5G/L
PH: 3.5-4.5(adjust by acetic acid)
