Levelling Agent ECD450

ECD450 is a dye for reactivity dye. It resolve the uneven color, color spot, color patch when the dyeing cause the effect of sold, base. And it has a chelate and leveling for reactivity dye which is contain metal. So it makes a good color phase in dyeing.

It is a colliquative for reactivity dye, direct dye. And make the dyes appear a molecule state in the dye bath. So make the dyes solubility is raised and resistant dyes coacervation. At that the dyes which are appear a molecule state can easy permeate through in the fibre.
It has a good retarding effect. And make the dyes be absorbed uniformly.
The retarding effect is not effect dye is absorbed and it also can advance the fastness.
It has a chelate and leveling effect for metal of water. And resistant the dyes coacervation and hue of color change.

Applications

The best dosage is up to the kind of fabric, using machine, processing conditions.

1. Dip dyeing
CD-450: 0.8~1.5%
Bath ratio: 1: 8-12

Drill bleach semi finished articles → add leveling agent ECD-450 running for 5-10min at room-temperature → dyeing with different dyes → finishing

2. Roll dyeing process
ECD-450: 1~3g/l

Drill bleach semi finished articles → add leveling agent ECD-450 running for 5-10min at room-temperature → dyeing with different dyes → finishing

3. Roll steel process
ECD-450: 2~5g/l
