Levelling Agent EN09

EN09 has excellent retardant and immigrant properties, mainly affect is be a levelling agent for acid dyestuff such as wool, polyamides and it’s cospinning fabric.

Features

Solvable in water, operation easily, can adjust the dyeing speed. Make an excellent levelling property, make the dyestuff infiltrate through fibre inside.
Good retardant property, migrate property and Permeability; it can prevent dye on fabric surface.
Compatible with each of acid dyestuff
Good affinity with dyestuff and fabric, can improve the dye property, but no effect for retention of color (degree of dyeing)
It also can be used with reactive dye for wool
It is a good property for bar covered, adapt for each of acid dyestuff.

Applications

Apply for improving wetting fastness of dying polyamide fiber,wool,elastane fibre and blend fabric
Using zero water thinning to 3-5 times directly

1. Dyeing


1.	For mordant dyes dyeing, the dosage: 0.3-0.8%
2.	For weakly acid dyes dyeing, the dosage: 0.8-1.2%
3.	For metal complex dyes (1:1)dyeing, the dosage: 0.8-1.5%
4.	For metal complex dyes(1:2)dyeing, the dosage: 0.7-1.0%
5.	For reactive dyes(for animal fibre) dyeing, the dosage: 1.0-2.0%
	Buffering agent better is ammonia sulfate

Above suggested dosage normally for general dyeing, if the dyeing condition not good or hard dyeing dyes that will be increase dosage of N009.

2. Color cracking-off or scouring to light color

At first, add levelling agent EN09, heating up temperature 20-40min, then down temperature to normal.
If the fabrics get a hard color spot that need color cracking-off, the solution need add in calcined soda 1 -3%.
